Your Role as Account Manager – North America
Manage and Grow Client Relationships:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned North American accounts.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and maximize the value of our AI governance solutions.
Understand and Address Client Needs:
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and regulatory challenges in AI.
- Provide tailored solutions that drive success.
Drive Customer Success:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Continuously refine our offerings based on client feedback.
Identify Expansion Opportunities:
- Recognize and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals.
- Contribute to both client growth and Velatir’s market expansion in North America.
Represent Velatir in the Industry:
- Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
- Strengthen Velatir’s presence as a leader in AI governance across the North American market.
Monitor and Optimize Client Success:
- Use data-driven insights and KPIs to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
Skills and Experience
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles—preferably in SaaS, AI, or compliance-driven industries.
- Client-Centric: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and value creation.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI governance, compliance (GDPR, AI Act, US regulations), and emerging AI trends is a plus.
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to clearly explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic & Results-Oriented: Ability to anticipate client needs and develop strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Negotiation & Sales Acumen: Experience managing renewals and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.
