Your Role
As an Account Manager at Velatir, you will:
- Manage and Grow Client Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and derive maximum value from our AI governance solutions. - Understand and Address Client Needs:
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives and challenges, tailoring solutions and strategic recommendations that drive their success. - Drive Customer Success:
Collaborate with internal teams—including product, marketing, and support—to ensure a seamless experience for clients and to continuously refine our offerings based on their feedback. - Identify Expansion Opportunities:
Recognize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services that align with client needs, contributing to both client growth and Velatir’s overall success. - Represent Velatir Externally:
Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador at industry events, webinars, and client meetings, reinforcing Velatir’s reputation as a leader in responsible AI governance. - Monitor and Optimize:
Utilize data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Skills and Experience
- Proven Experience:
3+ years in account management, customer success, or related client-facing roles, ideally within tech, SaaS, or AI-driven industries. - Relationship Builder:
A strong track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, with an ability to foster trust and drive mutual success. - Industry Savvy:
Familiarity with the AI landscape, including emerging trends and regulatory frameworks, is a plus. - Exceptional Communication:
Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both in writing and in person, to a diverse range of stakeholders. - Strategic and Results-Oriented:
Capable of thinking critically about client challenges and developing tailored strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. - Negotiation Skills:
Demonstrated ability to negotiate renewals and identify upsell opportunities that benefit both clients and the company.
