The Team

As the Head of Growth and Ecosystem Development, you’ll play a critical role in driving Velatir’s expansion by building key strategic partnerships, exploring new market opportunities, and shaping the broader ecosystem in which Velatir operates. You’ll be the linchpin connecting product, sales and marketing to identify growth levers, establish impactful relationships, and elevate Velatir’s presence across industries that need human oversight in AI—such as healthcare, finance, and human ressources. Your work will lay the foundation for the company’s long-term success.

The Opportunity

• Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster meaningful relationships with key industry players, thought leaders, and potential customers to accelerate Velatir’s market presence.
• Lead Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to scale Velatir’s business, including entering new markets, refining our go-to-market approach, and driving product adoption.
• Expand Ecosystem: Nurture and grow an ecosystem of collaborators, partners, and allies that align with Velatir’s mission and help us achieve our business goals.
• Fuel Market Expansion: Explore new revenue streams, partnerships, and markets where Velatir’s AI solutions can help businesses integrate responsible, transparent, and accountable AI systems.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with product offerings and customer needs.
• Become a Thought Leader: Represent Velatir at industry events, webinars, and conferences, positioning us as a leader in AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Measure & Optimize: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize growth strategies and drive results.

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles, ideally in AI, SaaS, or tech. Knowledge of AI governance or regulatory compliance is a plus.

• Relationship Builder: You have a strong track record of developing and managing high-impact partnerships and know how to leverage these relationships to drive business outcomes.

• Sales & Negotiation Skills: You’re a skilled negotiator who can close high-value partnerships and understand the intricacies of selling complex AI solutions.
